In September 2010, Eventpro UK were successfully awarded ISO 9001 (Venue & Event Management), reassuring our clients of continued high standards of service and our dedication to monitoring and improving the way we operate.

Eventpro UK are also proud members of the HBAA (The Hotel Booking Agents Association) which consists of approximately 80 booking agents (like Eventpro UK) and 280 venues and hotels.

Developed and agreed by both sides of the industry, the code of conduct assures best practice between agents, hotels and venues. In short, it means that we abide by agreed set of standards to ensure that your expectations are met, if not exceeded.

We are also a registered Travel Industry Designator Service (TIDS) agent. TIDS assigns a unique reservation number which captures point of sale details and eliminates the risk of duplicating the reservation details and the consequences of invalid or rejected bookings. As a TIDS agent, we are able to tally reservations and speed up bookings.
